Lead day-to-day site activity on residential and commercial projects across Dubai.
We are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee daily operations on our active construction projects. You will be the link between the project manager, subcontractors and the site team, making sure work is delivered safely, on schedule and to specification.
This is a hands-on role for someone who is comfortable on site every day and confident making decisions under pressure.
What you will do
- Supervise daily site activities and subcontractor teams
- Ensure work follows drawings, specifications and approved methods
- Monitor progress against the programme and report delays early
- Enforce health and safety procedures on site at all times
- Coordinate material deliveries and site logistics
- Maintain daily site records, inspection reports and photographs
What we are looking for
- Minimum 4 years of site supervision experience in the UAE
- Strong knowledge of civil and finishing works
- Able to read and interpret construction drawings
- Good spoken and written English; Hindi or Urdu an advantage
- Valid UAE driving licence preferred
